Double hung windows are the most common type of replacement window because they're versatile. They can replace just about any current window without having to alter the frame and trim.

Our home had windows that were 35 years old and outdated. We were noticing bugs getting inside our house and not just coming in from when doors were open, but from elsewhere.
I went and check around all of our windows wondering if that was the issue. I found that one of our windows had the seal broken and we could see the outside.
When we saw that, we decided to get the windows of the house replaced and called EcoView Windows & Doors of Central Florida.
We're very satisfied with the work. Very knowledgeable at what they do. They took their time making sure all the windows were put in properly

Such a poor experience, after their second visit I just had them take the materials, put my old door back and leave. Never been treated with such disrespect from a business before ever. According to the owner himself, a lot of people don’t end up paying him, so he ends up suing. Why would people not want to pay for a job well done. Buyer beware

Working with Tim and his team has truly been the best decision we have made since moving into the area and buying our home. I had to come and write a review because the customer service at EcoView Windows & Doors of Central Florida is ABOVE AND BEYOND. We had a real estate transaction representing the seller who is very elderly and we needed a permit closed (the permit was never closed but this was not the fault of EcoView, they tried multiple times to schedule this final inspection but the homeowner didn't comply). The City of St. Cloud requires the original contractor to apply for an extension or submit for a new permit, so even though they did their job, they didn't HAVE to help us. Tim & his set of workers were a pleasure to work with! We had doors and windows put in and got them installed during Covid. The two workers who came made sure to wear masks and wipe down the equipment with wipes after they were done. It only took half day for my windows and two half days for two doors to be installed. So glad we upgraded to new product!

From the beginning Tim made me feel comfortable and confident about going with this company. His style was not pushy at oh, but he allowed the great product to speak for itself. Ecoview was the best estimate that I got for my windows and I'm so happy I went with them. My installers Charlie and Mike were prompt, worked really hard all day, and left the house immaculate. They make sure to explain upfront everything that could possibly go wrong and took the time after installation just show me every detail. Even the city inspector who came to my house to check it out, fell in love with both the quality
