I can not write about the windows or installation because we never got that far. I submitted two requests thru their web site for window replacements. We needed bronze, Low-E impact windows. Waited a while and no one contacted us. I called to find out if they had received my request and the answer I got from a gentlemen who answered the phone was that probably no one contacted me because I needed bronze windows and they only make white. I asked the gentlemen why on one had contacted me at least to explain that they could not receive my order and he went on about how maybe I could get another company

I am so glad we went with ECO Glass. They were the only place I found that actually manufactures the windows on-site which meant not having to wait 3 weeks.
We needed one very small custom window for a shower remodel. Many places had 4 window minimums and wouldn't even work with us. Alex was extremely helpful and attentive during the ordering process (even when our order was probably much smaller in comparison to most of their others.)
The pricing was competitive, the turn around time was incredible and the window came out great. It's made well and exactly what we were looking for. We hope to

Initially I was happy, Then 3 of my windows leaked after the first rain, including the large picture window at the front of the house. I had water damage to my walls. It took a long time to get them out to fix, over several weeks. They were not properly sealed. It's been months and they still have not replaced one bathroom window that they measured incorrectly. They did nothing about the walls.
