Asked for a price for an industrial stainless entry door. Didn’t hear back for two weeks when I called the guy was rude and told me they don’t do walk in or phone sales. If you are looking for a door don’t use these folks!

We called in an order for a right hand door, got a left one. Drove 3 hours down and back TWICE to get it replaced. Was told the frame would be done when I got there, no one knew about it. Only professional one was the financial lady and WELDER that corrected the issue immediately. Not happy with the money hungry man that created the order. Thanks for the “amazing professional” service. (Sarcasm)

Just got hung up by Rust, he was very rude. I’m constructing a church and wanted to see if they had a Door Frame in stock and his exact words was “we can’t drop everything to look for ONE door frame.” What customer service is that? If management sees this, I would like contact back please.

Do not use. Company is very rude and unprofessional, as you can see from all the reviews. Delivered wrong door and frames for our project, missing hardware with no transmittal, etc. Cost us thousands to correct and delayed project openings.
