While many builders will not allow you to make changes or charge you exorbitant prices to do so, we will work with you to make changes at reasonable prices. For starters, we will modify our existing plans for you or even use your plan.
Our design services are offered at a fraction of the price a professional architect would charge. In some cases, we can also build on your own lot. Next, during your color selection process, we offer two hours free consultation with our professional decorator. She will work with you to make sure the vision you have for your home becomes a reality.
We also allow you to make timely changes during the construction process with a minimal change order fee. Due to ordering times and scheduling considerations, some changes may not be made after the home reaches a certain stage of construction. We will work with you, however, to accommodate the changes you desire for your home as much as possible.

I'm posting on behalf of my 19 year old granddaughter who has a 6 month old baby. She was flooded on Friday 27th August and all power had to be switched off and they had to leave the house. She was told to come back today 30th August to arrange for an electrician to come and reinstate the electrics. After phoning before 11am we are still waiting on an electrician at after 1pm. She had to stay with her mum over the weekend and now can't go back there and only people she has actually seen are concierge and now has nowhere to stay with her baby. This is totally unacceptable and we need something done

Can't wait to get a move been told there is a shortage of housing stock but only if you are UK born citizen if you come from overseas you will 100% get a place and 99% chance it will be brand knew if you are UK born you may get a rat infested place please please please do yourself a favour don't take a property unless you are a non uk born citizen they even fill the house with goods free of charge to save you the bother although you will more than likely have to move in at 0300 hrs yes 3AM AND BE TOLD TO TELL YOUR NEIGHBOUR'S YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE UK FROM 5 TO 7 YEARS but whats a wee lie to get

Level of communication from them is shocking! We had a flood come from the loft through to our home and they were refusing to switch water off when my house was turning into a swimming pool! Sub contractors city building are ridiculous and so cheeky! Took them 6 hours to come out after our issue been put through as urgent help. They are unhelpful with the case and I am disappointed in the lack of respect of our case as I am currently pregnant. Shocked to find that they are still managing so many other buildings.

4 years of complaints re antisocial behaviour. Ended up moving as close got worse. Coke heads partying all night long. Constant noise. Very little can be done for the tenant putting up with this regular occurance. Staff turning up at wrong door. Saying they got a male in your house when no males there. Got fright of my life. Not a good housing association. Stay clear.

'Away on lunch or 'can she call you back' is their warcry! Our kitchen is over 20 yrs old and they refused replace it. still waiting on someone looking at my bathroom floor but i suppose ill have to fall through it before anyone appears to fix it. Been on medical priority highest band for almost 3 yrs as I have 60 odd steps to my house and in those 3 yrs I've never even so much as had an affer of a property. Quick enough to appear at your door though if you are late with your rent payment by a day! Cannot wait to get away from NG homes!!

I can only presume that the people who left the positive reviews on Ng homes are employees or relatives of the employees. As Ng homes could not care less, my wife and our neighbours are constantly phoning wanting to speak to someone called Pamela, all they get from the reception is she's not at her desk, she's not in today, she's busy at the moment, she will call you back, this happens on every single occasion. My wife took a washing down to dry in the back yard, and had to bring it back as the washing was touching the weeds that were growing so high, the bin area is a disgrace. look at the photos
