I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning. What I did not realize is that the Groupon only paid for access to my home. To actually have my carpet cleaned, I had to pay much, much more! In addition, the technician remained on the phone the entire time he was “cleaning” our carpets. What an incredibly disappointing experience!

I Used a Groupon for this service, so the price was reasonable. Scheduling was easy…did most communication via text. Technician arrived promptly and went throughout the house to see what was to be cleaned. Back to the Groupon…read the fine print! No stairs and no extra spot service included and there is a $5 fuel fee. They send a note the day before to confirm and to let you know that furniture will not be moved and you need to vacuum prior to their arrival. A little annoying, but for the price not a big deal. This guy came to my house and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I spent over an hour vacuuming my carpet and he acted as if my house was nasty…. So Iwould not use him unless your carpet really doesn’t need to be cleaned…. This is an example of what my carpets looked like. I hand vacuumed and he said it wasn’t good enough…. WTH

Ordered carpet cleaning from this company on groupon; they ended up taking my voucher, jumped in their van and provided me absolutely no service. they did nothing. they told me they’d clean my couch for an extra $110 when it clearly says on their site it would be only $50 — that was clearly an attempt to pocket money. unprofessional. after calling their SUPERVISOR, here’s the best part, she told me to never contact their company again after knowing what her employees did. they stole my money, they didn’t do nothing. don’t ever order services from them unless you’re willing to be conned

This company is AWFUL! I ordered a grocoupon to try out this company. I called to make an appointment and they schedule me the wrong date. So I had to wait another week. I called over the phone and asked if I can replace one of the rooms with my hallway. They told me that wasn't an issue. But when the technician got here was a issue. The company refused to grant me what they stated on the phone. Save your money. They're not organized and state difference polices.

I live in a pretty small apartment, with carpets that arent deeply soiled. I purchased a groupon for $34 for 3 rooms, on the groupon it said if there are any deep soiled rooms when they come in it would be an extra $20 dollars per room. After reading the reviews I pretty much knew what to expect, so purchased the carpet cleaning for 5 rooms through Groupon, even tho I only needed 3 done. Jacob arrived on time, and he explained throughly what I was getting. I did add a deep clean for my downstairs area and added for my steps to be done. Jacob worked fast & efficient and left my carpet looking brand new. I was able to pay for the additional services through cashapp which made for an easy transaction.

Do not use this company. I called them told them that I had some stains from where my dog threw up on the carpet and they said they would be able to get the stains out and would charge me extra because it was berber. I should have known it was going to be a mistake when they showed up in an unmarked van, no uniform and no labels on the chemicals. Not only did they not get any stain out or even test just one stain first, but they made the stains worse and did a horrible job "cleaning" my carpet. I asked for a noon appointment he responded with between 10-12. Initially, I thought this may be ok. This is by far the best carpet cleaning i have ever received! Our technician Ekue showed up exactly when he said he would be there, finished the job quickly but was very efficient. Our stairs were very dirty and we didn't expect him to be able to fix but he got out every stain. We used a groupon for five rooms but being that it was a five bedroom house plus common area and stairs we had to pay extra fees (very reasonable and expected) Ekue walked through before beginning his cleaning and explained what each charge was for so there was no surprises or any hidden fees when it was time to pay

If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would. Scheduling was pretty easy and they arrived when they said they would. On their first visit the gentleman coming to treat our carpet had a bit of an attitude, nonetheless he cleaned our area rug.

It was a stunning lack of professional courtesy. We had three rooms that were to be cleaned and they refused to do any.
The guy actually just left and said his boss told him to leave, as we wouldn't be happy.
We are going to contact Groupon, the BBB, and Google to let as many people know about this company. We've already done the message boards in Tega Cay to let our neighbors know.
