Eco-friendly is easy to explain. It is a product that does not affect indoor air quality and is biodegradable. Unfortunately, many of our major competitors claim to be "The greenest cleaner out there" or something similar to that phrase. I'm so impressed with Charlotte Cleanpro! The owner replied to my email on a holiday, and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Cleanpro did an amazing job for my dad a while ago in one of his rental homes. Chris was on time and did an excellent job removing stains and getting the house in tip top shape. Our couches were looking pretty worn after sitting at home this past year and were in desperate need of cleaning.
Start to finish, a great experience. From getting a quote, setting up an appointment, confirming day ahead and the day of. Chris did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely have them back to clean some area rugs.

Chris was fantastic. On time, professional, super friendly and easy to talk to, and he really cared about doing a fantastic job. Our carpet smelled and looked great! Highly recommended and will definitely use his company again. Even my little dog liked him, and he's pretty picky about the fellows he bestows his affections on. Truly a great experience all the way around.
