Our first two cleanings with Whystle were great. The cleaners were on time and did a great job! The past two times though.. the first bad experience they were 45 minutes late, causing our office to not be cleaned due to being on work calls during the time they arrived. Which to me meant they would take extra good care of the rest of the house. Nope. I couldn't tell what they did for two hours besides vacuum! No surfaces were dusted - tv, tv stand, end tables, dressers, etc. The sink was dirty, stainless appliances were left splotchy with an oil-based cleaner. The shower wasn't cleaned

Pros: easy to book. The cleaner they sent was on time, super friendly, great with our dog, very professional.
Cons: way overpriced in my opinion. The standard clean was $299 and she was here 3 hours. I don’t think the cleaning we received was anywhere near worth $100/hr. Cabinet faces, doors, and switch plates were not wiped down, bathroom trash wasn’t emptied, floors were mopped but still dirty in heavy traffic areas.
Ultimately, at 9+ months pregnant I’m thankful to have a clean house to bring baby home to, but I don’t think the level of service matched the cost.

Cleaning is my least favorite chore... (and pretty much anyone else's lol) I saw an ad for Whystle on Instagram and figured I'd give them a shot. The first appointment had a mix up with scheduling, but they quickly got me back on the books for a few days later (even though they were showing no availability online). I only had 1 cleaner instead of 2 for my home but she did an amazing job! Every room smelled fresh, I didn't want to even walk on my carpets because of how neat the vacuum lines were, my bed was made like a drill sergeant came and tucked the corners themselves, and the BEST little touch

We had two Whystle cleaners come for our first service. They spent several hours at our house and barely cleaned anything. One was training the other and spent more time talking than actually cleaning. If I pay over $200 for professional cleaners, I expect for everything to be dusted and all floors to be vacuumed, especially behind doors even if they're open. When I got home after they finished, there were several places untouched by their dust clothes or vacuum. Really simple app to use and there are no pricing surprises. I was very pleased with that. I was POSITIVE that my house was already clean and that this MAY not be "worth it". I was WRONG WRONG WRONG. Who even KNEW that my house could be that clean? The cleaner, Taylor, cleaned every corner of the condo. The floors were spotless and she even arranged pillows and made the bed like a professional stager. I'm just so happy. I'm moving to weekly because seeing this weekly will just make life better.
