I cannot say enough about the positive experience that Capital Home provided with my window Installation. Wow, from start to finish it was a good and wonderful experience. Traci Austin, Rachel Ward as well as Joe and his crew were phenomenal. Traci worked with us on our estimate and our quote which was delayed due to Covid 19. Rachel patiently answered all of my questions and I had quite a few. Joe and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and left the area clean after they were done. The price offered was phenomenally the best I’ve seen. Trust

Hi Erik. I am assuming you took a look at my profile and saw I live in NM now and assumed I had the wrong company. However, this incident occurred and the corresponding review was written in 2010 when I still lived in Spanaway, WA. Its the same company, so my review still stands.

03/12/2010: Called these guys to get an estimate for a addon to our house. We wanted to do a storage room, master bedroom, and master bathroom. The guy showed up 25 minutes late with no excuse. Professional and friendly. Best Bang for your Buck!
I could not be happier with the installation (in snow and 22 degree weather) and the beauty of my new windows and doors. Installers were quick and professional. I had received a quote for over $10,000.00 more than what we paid, and we got more windows and doors than the first quote from competitor. I would absolutely recommend this company and would hire them again.

Capitol did an outstanding job! Replaced deck on front of the house and added a landing and steps in the back. Their team was professional and cleaned up each day. Gaynor came by to make sure we were happy with the job. I would recommend them to friends/family.

I was really impressed with the crew from Coast Home Improvement. They were on time, efficient, and very polite! Even when our attack pug was nipping at their heels:) I can't say enough about the workmanship. These guys are experienced and it shows! They took extra care to protect our furniture and clean up after the work was done. Refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in customer service. These people, this place is fantastic. I stopped by and asked for someone to come out and give me an estimate to replace a window, a patio door, install a window in the bathroom and insulate my attic above a garage enclosure.
Best prices of 3 estimates I was able to get. Shine places wouldn't even come out. Gaynor was fantastic!
Update! My PSE bill just weber down almost $100 now that they did the work. Thank you!

Steve, Tracy, and John and the rest Coast Home Improvement were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail and personal touch made it such a delight to work with them. I am extremely happy with my granite counter top and the installation of it. Steve offers wonderful quality work and a beautiful selection of products.
