I ordered a double door that for me new home and I couldn’t be more disappointed in the professionalism. First, I order a door and wasn’t told all the details, from hardware to install, I was just told it would and could be done. The work that was performed, the door that was installed and the customer service that I was provided was all poor. The installation was poor leaving gaps between the the door frame and the wall, the door was delivered marked, scuffed, and scratched like it just thrown in a pile, not to mention not having a door handle installed. And the Manager I spoke to about it
