I trusted them to guide me in the right direction when shopping for a heater for our pool. They sold me a garbage Jandy pool heater that only ever worked half the time, then finally the entire circuit board got fried a few months outside the lousy 1-year warranty period. $3800 wasted. Everyone else I talked to said Jandy heaters are notorious for doing exactly what mine did - they couldn't have given me better recommendations for a higher-quality product that would last? Then they washed their hands of it, because repairing the hunk of garbage would cost as much as a new heater.

Needed to update my pool equipment and resurface my pool. Called a few places where they gave me the standard pitch. Joe came to the house (followed all COVID measures - extra care) evaluated the work and provided a quote on the spot. He was straight forward and saved me a few $$ on a pool leak. We agreed on updating the pool equipment and a good price, the team came the next week to complete the job. Mason came and cleaned up the area, labeled all the equipment, provided training and jokes. Everyone I worked with was awesome!! I will be using them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone

Joe from discount pool made this very easy for me. He was very informative and answered every question I threw at him. I was very comfortable with him right from the start so I gave him the job of completely re-modeling my pool. He gave me a great price, a start date and approximate completion date. All went extremely well and I have been swimming ever since. Highly recommended

We have been wanting to renovate our pool for a few years now and had quite a few companies come to the house to give us a quote. Some came and never heard from them, others while comparable did not show much professionalism as Discount Pool did. We are beyond excited that they renovated our pool. Every single person that came to work was professional, friendly and very detailed in their work. I hardly give reviews but this company deserves a great 5 star review, well deserved. Thank you for making our backyard much more attractive and fun.

I called to set an appointment for a complete pool remodel. I work nights as a fine dinning restaurant manager and my wife works days. We are limited in the evenings we have off together for a quote. Discount pool and patio was not flexible in setting a appointment within our available 3 evenings together in the next 2 weeks. I choose to not move forward with a quote because I don't want a company that is to busy for its customers once construction starts.
