Where to begin. But so i dont make it that long let me make it quick:
1 - 4 months ago i requested a part for an umbrella they sold me and a quote on two new umbrellas ($1700). 4 months later after is spoke to: Felipe Lima, Angela Mora and manager Ricardo Morales. I still have no part (they sent the wrong part 2 months ago and still trying to get them to call me about the correct replacement) And i still do not have my new umbrellas which i paid about 2 months ago as well. I understand manufacturing is delayed but regardless their customer service is very very bad. I am in the service industry

Great umbrellas, even stylish. But God hopes you never need parts for the umbrella. Contacting the home office is like watching a Disney movie. They ask the most ridiculous questions and then, at the end, just refer you to one of their dealers anyway. They are not allowed (they say) to sell parts. Then why keep someone on the phone harassing them for all of the information. Some guy named Zachary Hertlein is as useless as breasts on a nun.
