For all of our custom homes, we use materials that have been tested and proven to maintain integrity long past other less expensive options. You will continue to save money on heating and cooling costs and your home will function the same as it did the day you moved in, if not better. We welcome the challenge that each new home brings and make sure that each step of the custom home building process is carefully attended to.

We continually educate ourselves on new and more efficient building trends to make sure that we can offer the best quality workmanship possible. We use crafts people who consistently provide us with the quality, competitive pricing and timeliness that we require. We are excited to work with you and show you how fun it is to build your own, brand new custom home.

We value our relationships with the families we build for, and we want to do nothing less than build them the home of their dreams. Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes are at least 15% more efficient than code-built new homes, making them some of the most energy efficient homes on the market today.
Services
EASTON CONSTRUCTION started building Custom Homes in 2006 with the goal to provide our customers with a home that would fit their needs and meet our standards. We believed a better home could be built. Our belief has not changed. The building of a great home starts with a great location and a great design.
This stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom custom home was recently featured in the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities' Parade of Homes. Its selection as part of this prestigious event is a nod to the exceptional design and superior craftsmanship that comes with every Easton Construction home. Any builder can construct a house.
In design, we look at lot size and location to determine placement of windows to capture the most beautiful views of the Columbia Basin while being mindful of sun exposure. So you can enjoy the view while being comfortable all year round. Our Interior Designer is passionate about what she does and helping clients actualize their design ideas.
The idea is simple: carefully design and engineer a home so that it does the most for the least amount. We do this by building the structure to take advantage of the sun for heating, cooling, and daytime lighting. The Tri-Cities has an average of 300 days of sunshine each year but has more heating days than cooling days.

Excellent craftsmanship! As a painting contractor, we get to see various levels of skill before finishing pieces are covered with paint. These homes are built with high quality materials and integrity.
