He has practical experience in all phases of concrete, steel buildings, tilt-up concrete buildings, CMU buildings and wood framed construction. Most of Lebron's experience has been in the commercial and industrial fields. Lebron worked for a construction company based out of Portland, Oregon and Little Rock, Arkansas from 1988 to 1996.
