We made the decision to move here permanently in the fall of 2006 and thoroughly love it. Our children have flourished in the schools and enjoy sports and other activities.

A. The main difference between a custom home and a home build for speculation (spec home) is really, who is paying for the construction and who owns the bare land. When we own the land, we are also responsible for paying for 100% of the construction of the home. When you purchase a home like this, you simply obtain a regular residential mortgage (either for a first or second home) from your lender.
I wanted to tell you how much I continue to love my home and appreciate the attention to detail that you put into it. I have had many guests stay with me the past month (finally comfortable with that!) Everyone, including couple of guys who have remodel businesses on the west side, have been so impressed with the quality and special details you included.
