Where do I start? This review is a long time coming and if I could give zero or negative stars, I would. We hired Lee and his company to put in our pool in Murrieta (have since sold the house and moved out of the area), but to say it was a disaster would be an understatement. We highly caution anyone thinking about using him to think twice. What should have been an exciting time because it was our first pool was anything but. Do not use four seasons pool construction, I have had a very bad experience with them very poor workmanship no communication at all Lee doesn't answer your phone calls he took 7 months to finish the pool even though in the contract it says 8 to 12 weeks to finish.
What makes it worse after finishing the project and filling the pool Lee does not tell you anything how you should start up the pool with the right chemicals and he doesn't do it . Lee Jouglard is the owner of Four Seasons Pool Construction, check out his CSLB bond. His license was revoked when he owned Emerald Bay Pools. The California State License Board sanction him for shoddy work, and abandonment after he built our pool. Hire him at your own risk.
