I have used XM Heating and Air a few times when urgency was dictating my needs. However, when the 110 and 120 degree days we have been having lately here in Claremont, resulting in a busted part on my outdoor unit, Xavier at XM came to the rescue! Xavier is kind, curious, and prompt!! His usual day is about 4-5 customers but somehow today he magically ensured that NINE customers/emergencies were taken care of with efficiently and kindness. We were out of town In Yosemite and our house sitter called on Sunday night to say it was 94 degrees inside our home and the AC was on but wasn't cooling

This team is great. Really honest and won't nickel and dime you. They give it to you straight and explain everything as they go. They respond fast to text and calls and will work with you to set an appointment at your convenience. I'd recommend them to anyone. Super friendly and will do a great job. You won't be disappointed.
