They were part of a three different companies that showed up to my rental property, however, SIMS were the first and only ones that were on time, they were the only ones that did not try to up sell me with new installs and were very competitive with pricing.On top of that SIMS listened and did exactly what I've asked of them, to me honesty goes further than service.

Dan started in the heating and air conditioning business in 1976 working for his brother's company installing and servicing systems. In June of 1982, Dan received his California State Contractor's License. Since 1982, Dan and his company has installed thousands of heating and air conditioning systems, mostly high quality Trane Equipment.
SIMS Heating & Air is proud to offer Trane heating and cooling systems. Trane has been in operation for over 120 years and their products have received numerous awards for energy efficiency and innovation. Trane products are know for their reliability, even in extreme temperatures or conditions. Been wanting to replace my 18 year old HVAC system and got a quote from multiple companies. SIMS stood out from the rest as they had not only the most competitive price, but also the best warranty. Other companies were only able to offer 2-3 year labor warranties while SIMS was able to do 10 years. This showed me that they not only believed in the durability of the equipment they sell, but the quality of their install of the said equipment as well, which is huge. By far the best company I have ever worked with. I had a chance to engage with Dan, Jon and Bobby. Some of the nicest, professional, fairest and knowledge folks based on my search for a AC company. Dan was very responsive and willing to work based on my needs. Bobby, Jon and their team came out and covered our carpets to avoid getting them dirty. They were in and out and installed two ac units in less than a day. I had a small issue a few months later and Bobby came out to resolve the issue no questions asked. They are so confident in their work that they offered me a 10 yr labor warranty.

Dave responded to my request for A/C repair lightening fast! He kept me updated on what time his service technicians would be able to come. Freddy and Eric were both professional and respectful and stayed until they were sure the A/C was working properly. They even changed my air filters! I needed to replace a package unit at my home in San Antonio Heights in Upland. I recently had another company replace the units at my business, and though they were OK, they ended up doing and saying things that made me wonder how long they've been doing it.
Not so with Sims. The technicians are smart, experienced, super neat and clean, and prompt. The price is competetive and the end result was worth it.
Air conditioning is expensive. For me it's worth it to know it's done right. Now I have a larger home that we recently bought and I asked them to do annual maintenance

Just an utterly amazingly run company. I cannot even put into words how great these guys are. The politeness, positivity, communication, going beyond what you will ask for is just going to be the beginning. From the start of when they come out they are going to offer you exactly what you need, tell you how they will do it and everything will be perfectly on time.

We absolutely love Simmons heating and air! In 2020 our upstairs air conditioner went out and they came and installed a new furnace and air conditioner super quick with a great price and awesome service. A couple of days ago our downstairs air conditioner wasn't working right and they came out right away - super fast - and found that we just needed a new blower in our furnace and they got the part and had it in a couple hours after that. Amazing service and super trustworthy. Highly recommend them!!!

I messaged SIMS Heating & Air to have them come out and find out the problem with my air conditioning unit outside since it would just click when I try to turn it on. Dan replied to me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The house was built in 1987 and nothing of the air conditioning system has been replaced since, as far as I know. I was worried parts would not be available to fix it. Fortunately, it was all an easy fix and Jon had everything on the truck to get the unit working again. I've postponed getting the unit fixed for a while, so I'm grateful for SIMS Heating

Recently had two ACs and furnaces replaced by SIMS. Our units were 20+ and 15+ years old. We received 3 quotes before deciding on this company. They were straightforward, reasonably priced, and professional. In addition to the new units they recommended some upgraded duct work that greatly reduced the noise from the upstairs unit's intake vent. They were so patient in providing additional quotes as we explored a 2 speed and variable speed units as well as answered questions about different thermostat options. In the end we went with the Trane XR 14 they originally quoted us. It was

We had SIMS heating and air replace both of our aging heat and AC units. Short story - We could not be happier with SIMS. Fair, honest, and friendly group. What more could you ask for? When we were looking for a company to replace our systems I did what you are probably doing - spending an entire day or more pouring over reviews and websites trying to find the best systems and installers. Very nice family business, sales Dan was very straight forward and installer Jon was very professional. The installation team were very careful inside the house and protected our carpet with new drop cloth. We did have air flow issues with our new furnace, however Jon was able to resolve it by adding a new duct free of charge. It was truly a pleasure working with SIMS!

After getting 4 quotes, I decided to go with SIMS to replace our 31 year old AC, furnace, and ducts. After Bob came to assess our HVAC system, I received an estimate from Dan, the owner, the next day. Dan answered all my questions via email. He was quick to respond unlike one of the HVAC guys that gave me an estimate. His pricing was reasonable. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for installation, but it was worth the wait. SIMS recently replaced 2 older A/C units with 2 Trane Slim line systems. We have the units on the side of the house and didn't have much space between the house and the side wall but these fit perfectly and opened up that area for us. Everyone I've dealt with at SIMS has been knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The price for the systems was competitive and the installation went through without any issues. Just finished working with this company for the second time. Absolutely love that they show up on time and absolutely hustle. They are a nice crew and clean up thoroughly after themselves. They even put up with us rotating our three cats and 3 dogs from room to room. They took an 82 year old house with an original octopus heater in the basement (with asbestos removal) and installed central heat and air. A first for us. And all at a completely reasonable cost. Totally worth every penny.

After 30 years with our original AC unit and furnace it was time for an upgrade. After looking on yelp for a HVAC company we saw SIMS had the best reviews. They did not disappoint. Bob came in and did a diagnostic check which was very informative. The same day Dan sent me a detailed estimate with options ranging from low, mid, to high. We went with the XR14 for our 1400 square foot house. The following week they're team came in and did and absolutely fantastic job. From the cleanliness to information and politeness. They are the type of company you would want to deal with for years to come
