Consumers are finding out the problems with the Kwikset Smart lock now that they have been on the market for a while. Builders and consumers thought they were a great idea because the consumer could rekey these locks themselves and the locks are not pickable. Both are true but both but came with other unanticipated problems was well.
These products are specifically offered to assist the small end user in selecting products they can install themselves that are economically priced. This means they are for users that have low end traffic that may have to meet NFPA standards that don't know where to begin to look for the products they need.

I locked my keys in my car. He said he’d be to me in 10 minutes; it was more like 5 minutes. Because of the type of window on my car he had to pick the lock, which he did very quickly. He only charged me the base price for a service call. He was great! Super professional but friendly.

I had such an amazing experience with this company. I lost my car keys at Benny Russell Park. Mr Mark was able to meet me within 1.5 hours of calling him on a busy Monday morning. He was kind, prompt and tried helping me find the keys before making a new one. He also charged me 2x LESS than 2 other competitive companies. He was also knowledgeable and fast! Hope I never need him again but if I do I know who I will be calling!

Mr. Stuart showed up on time and unfortunately I did have other company doing some work in the house which prevented him for working on my doors. Mr. Stuart understood and he told me and promised me that he would be back later on the day. Guess what? Mr. Stuart did return and did an excellent re-key job. I can say he is a man of his word. Prices were cheap compared to other ones. Mr. Stuart didn't even charge me extra for returning later on the day. I strongly recommend this business and will use them again with out any doubt.

Called to ask for assistance from this company. Mark answered the phone and was the absolute rudest person. When trying to explain that we needed to remove a deadbolt and that where the two screws should be located there were no screws but there was metal cylinders that were really recessed. He asked if I could send him a picture by phone. I said that I don't know If I can show inside the hole( because the holes were so recessed and cylinders were so deep I didn't think my camera would be able to focus that small in a dark long hole)... before I could finish trying to explain he cuts

I locked my keys in the car at 9:00 pm in the Target parking lot in Pace a few days ago. I asked Siri for a locksmith near me and they were all closed except Sure lock which closed in 5 minutes. I Dial them right away praying that they would be able to help. A Gentleman by the name of Mark answered the phone and said I caught them just before they closed and asked for my location. This is without a doubt the finest service I've experienced while in the Pensacola area. I locked my keys in my car while I was on base at NAS Whiting Field. I called Mark at 0815 and he was there in 30 minutes and had me going shortly after. He had a busy schedule but made it a point to help me out because I had to take care of a few more issues during the day. This is an honorable business with very reasonable prices! Don't hesitate to make them your first choice!
