We take existing furniture to its metal base by cutting off old strap and sling material and by sandblasting off old paint. Then, we powder coat on fresh new paint and install new straps and slings. Furniture comes out looking brand new since it went through the same process as it did when it was first made.

A simple way to refresh any outdoor chair is to replace the straps. Straps can fall victim to the elements over time, and after so much wear and tear need to be redone. Billing was double what I expected. I verbally communicated with Anna. Originally I wanted two chairs reslung and was quoted a price. Then, I changed my order, prior to pick up, to just one chair. I was charged for the original verbally communicated price for only the 1 chair. I have had my chairs reslung before by two other vendors for about $100 each. Just paid over double that for 1 chair. Very unfortunate miscommunication, but I will no longer be a customer.

We had a pair of Tropitone chaise lounges at least twenty years old and one needed a new sling. One call to the Patio Guys solved the problem. The pick up employee was courteous as he showed us various options for replacement sling material from samples. We chose one that matched our other chaise perfectly and off went ours on the truck. Delivered back with planned date as advertised in great shape with new sling by a second delivery person who was also very professional. Can't give any rating other than five stars.

I had Brown Jordon that was over 40 years old. Patio Guys had refurbished it maybe 20 years ago. It had a lot of use because my family really enjoyed it. Just recently we decided to have Patio Guys redo our Brown Jordan once again. They are amazing people. So professional. I was lucky enough to have David as my rep and I must say he is the kindest , most friendly and efficient gentleman.
We had one very small blurb but they handle it in such a professional way that all of my friends were astounded.
We had to work with a condo for deliveries etc. again Dave made it all work.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Patio Guys! They have kept our poolside and tennis court furniture in great shape for years! It's been re-coated once and re-slung twice and the work is remarkable. And, they've also maintained our pool furniture in Palm Springs! They pick up and deliver, which is an added bonus. Great company, great team!

We have 21-year-old patio furniture--lounge chairs, patio chairs, end tables, dining table and chairs--and to replace all of them would be very costly.
When one of the lounge chairs broke, I called Patio Guys to come out to see how much it would cost to replace both chairs and to see if I could find a fabric that would work with the rest of the furniture. When I called The Patio Guys and told them what I needed, they came out with fabric that looks so similar to what is on the rest of the chairs, you would really have to look to see the difference.
