I could not be any happier with my experience with Accent Awnings. From the moment I called the person answering the phone with so courteous. Setting up the appointment was easy. Day of appointment, time was confirmed. Appointment was kept on time. The entire process was explained with numerous samples to view. I purchased my roller shade on the spot. I was given lead time that was a little longer than I expected (but hey, everything is delayed right now). Lo and behold they delivered earlier than quoted. Installation was quick with no mess and again, courteous.Just a great experience overall

We are very happy with our new awning. The color is perfect. It looks amazing and the installation was professional. We waited a few years because its not cheap. Should have got it a long time ago. We were told it would be 8 - 10 weeks. It came at just under 9 weeks. No complaints at all. Thank you Tim, Jason, Hugo and Juan.

Adam was great. He was low pressured and very knowledgeable. He said turn around time was about 8 weeks and they brought it in a week early. The installers Juan and his assistant, were masked and installed the awnings quickly and with relatively little interruption to our work at home life. They are fixed awnings and given they are on our East/West windows should reduce our AC bill this summer.

Accent Awnings was recommended to me by a friend. They installed a power patio screen and did an excellent job. The installers were friendly, very neat and professional.
Power screens are not cheap but Accent Awning offered the most reasonable price and given the finished product, I'm glad I chose them over the others.

We just had 4 roller shades installed on all of our sliding glass doors. We just did manual cranks for now but plan to add motors later. Love the shades so much! The craftsmanship is excellent! Our sales person was John and working with him was great. He answered all of my questions on the day of our appointment and the gazillion I thought of after the fact! Everyone at Accent Awning was a pleasure to work with.

We continue to be thrilled with our solar shade, it has allowed us to run our air much less because it keeps the heat from penetrating through the window. GET your AWNINGS HERE!!! When we started getting quotes based on Yelp reviews, Accent Awnings was on our list. Shaun was very professional , had tons of samples and very pleasant. Upon placing our order, Tim was so helpful and sent us nice size samples as we were undecided on pattern and color. He also sent us tons of trim that would look great with the samples. This made our decision very easy! Edna was AMAZING!! She answered all of my silly emails and details. Our awning was installed quickly and professionally. Adam was awesome and so helpful with installation. It turned out better than we imagined

I called Accent Awning to recover 2 existing awnings & add a new one for a sunny patio area.
They had a wide array of colors, & the Indigo was perfect to match the new trim on the house.
The carefully measured & removed the existing awning and said they would be back in a month.
Exactly 4 weeks later they called & came to install all three awnings. They look great!

I was extremely pleased with Accent Awnings. They installed awnings (both retractable and spear awnings) as well as roller shades on my house when it was built 25 years ago (before I owned it). After 25 years of being beaten by wind, sun, and rain, it was time to replace them.

I purchased a large awning from Accent in 2007 and recently, for the first time, it needed service. (That speaks to the quality of the awning)
I thought the arm was broken and the motor was having problems. I was told that the motor could run upwards to $1000.
Raul and his associate took the time to completely disassemble the awning and investigate the problem - which, thankfully, was neither a broken arm or a bad motor.
I was really impressed with Raul's honesty and work ethic. They took a lot of time to get the awning back up and operating and the bill was very reasonable.
