I have scoured the internet for a good Patio contracting job and behold I found Crafted Patios. My last contractor ran off on me and was so unprofessional. He left the job undone, so I had to find a new contractor. Troy and Max were amazing. Especially Troy has years of experience under his belt. Very professional. The best thing about this company is that they are very easy to contact. Never bs the job. They tell it as is and I am very grateful for that. They are a small company, so I know sometimes they will be backed up. At least they update me along the way. Overall, great communication, great

Do not use this company. Customer service is great up until you give them your deposit. Don't be fooled. Max came out on time and gave an estimate that sounded promising and said they would take care of all the permits. Once I agreed to the terms he drove to my house right away to pick up the deposit. Communication after that was horrible. Had to constantly remind the owner Troy to send me the invoice for my down payment. Was told my Max that they would take care of all the permits and the wait is backed up to about 2 months which was fine. Waited about 4 months and then they asked me to submit

Troy at Crafted Patios gave us great customer service. I was a bit nervous at first because I made a few changes from the original quote and the only available date to build the patio was when I was on a business trip. He ensured me he made all the changes I had asked for and everything was just as we had spoken. Sure enough everything went smooth and was all done in one day. I came home from my business trip to a beautiful patio. My wife and I love it!

Because of impacts from Covid we were unable to actually hire someone to complete our patio project. But before we knew we'd hit that bump in the road we had called Crafted Patios for a quote.Troy came out and was excellent at answering our questions and helped us with areas we are unfamiliar with. He was very patient with us as we were trying to make our final decision. I have no doubt that if we had ended up doing this project and hired Crafted Patios we would have been 100% happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them.

I have hired them 7 years ago for a job and they did a decent work. Having the history even though they were more expensive I hired them again.
The work was very poor and the subcontractors really did not know how to do the work.
First paint turned yellow.it took them 2 weeks to send another person to repaint over dust and pillars are not smooth and paint is dripping.
Ground had all paint all over. Then I was told even though they had in the contract they will patch holes they only meant screw size holes on the wall from old patio demolition.
Pillars now are loose and hanging from the patio cover

Crafted Patios did a lattice patio cover over our above ground pool. It was extremely hot during the summer months and the patio cover definitely helps with swimming during the day. Crafted Patios staff was GREAT to work with from the sales appointment to installation. The installer was very meticulous and our cover is a show stopper! Our kids now swim throughout the summer and invite all their friends. There is no one better in town than Crafted Patios when you want a patio project done!

Just had a beautiful cover built by the great crew at Crafted Patios. The price was more affordable than I imagined, the structure came out even better than had anticipated, and the entire process was easy and professional from start to finish. Kept us in the loop as far as what was happening each day, and they were very easy to reach when we had a few questions. The project was finished on time, the crew worked extremely hard and was very friendly and courteous, the cover was designed and built perfectly; even the cleanup was great. Thanks again! Our wood patio cover was in bad shape so we decided to put in an Elitewood patio cover. We decided to go with an insulated roof with a ceiling fan and recessed lights. Troy and his crew (Max) did a great job. There were many delays from the manufacturer (Four Seasons) due to COVID-19. Troy did a great job communicating with us throughout the process.

If you are looking for a patio cover, you have found the right company. The team was very professional and prompt as well as transparent with pricing expectations which is not something you find with every contractor. The work came out beautifully custom skylights!!
