More than 10 years ago RCE began as a small family owned general contracting service, in business to provide quality service at an affordable price. Initially RCE started as a local general contracting, lawn care, and snow removal service.
In addition to our current hot water carpet and upholstery extradition, RCE can apply an EPA registered and approved sanitizer to help reduce the spread of household germs. I used RCE Carpet Cleaning last Sept & gave them a glowing review on Nextdoor, after they corrected something!
In Nov, we had a chimney repair done w/dust issues. They came, but w/2 diff people, the carpet was overly wet, but looked ok/they highly suggested I get my ducts/vents cleaned after having the chimney repair (I had it done a couple yrs before that, but... agreed, so they came out the next morn, right before Thanksgiving, and it all went wrong...
**They were supposed to clean the basement steps, but after one guy saturated it (pls note there is solid oak under the part'l carpeted

I live in an apartment on the third floor and when they arrived to clean my carpet, they stated their equipment wouldn’t reach my apartment. I feel that they should have asked when I made the appointment, if in apartment what floor I resided. Also, the company should’ve been equipped for these type of situations.

Wow! Great service from RCE Carpet Cleaning. James and Edwin gave great customer service and a great job they did on my moms house in Indianapolis. I was a little skeptical doing business from Atlanta for someone in Indianapolis but they RCE LLC treated her with much respect and professionalism. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family for sure!

Beware- owner doesn't take responsibility for mistakes. Called and scheduled an appointment for Monday 10/12 @ 10am last week. Evidently scheduling system failed to capture the appointment- no ownership of mistake or apologies for mistake- just statement that system didn't capture appointment. No ownership of the fact that 3 phone calls were made on Monday to figure out when they didn't arrive with no call back on Monday or Tuesday morning. When asked why no return calls the answer from the owner was "I wasn't here yesterday". The owner never once apologized for the error or for the lack of communication

Great communication about when they would arrive. Then the techs and I examined the carpet and they explained what they thought would be the best course of action. I had some tough pet stains so I was skeptical about if this would work. I am so thrilled about how great my carpet looks. It looks brand new. The techs did such a great job. They were so friendly. I would highly recommend RCE and will definitely be using them again myself
