In today’s world inventory is low and pricing is high. I went to three dealerships in Northern Virginia prior to arriving to Koons Hyundai of Woodbridge. Each time I walked away not feeling good about the pricing and the overall value of what I was purchasing in the three prior dealerships.

One of the best car dealership experiences in my life was at Koons Hyundai Woodbridge team. From the dealer manager Mr. Abe (can’t thank him enough) to their sales team and finance manager. They have been helping me without putting any pressure for couple of days and Mr. Salman went above and beyond helping me the entire time. This is just a review of the service center from a waiting perspective as I think any review on actual service will be biased on what is wrong with your car and how much that will be to fix. There are two waiting areas with the second being more spacious. The chairs are comfy, they have an tv with normal waiting room shows on it (e.g. HGTV) and snack machines for purchase. Wifi is fast, although I ran into an issue trying to stream on my phone. I've been in nicer service center waiting rooms with more amenities but have no real complaints.

Horrible customer service! Rude and anapologetic. We brought in our vehicle for an oil change and they accidentally cut our tire( not sure how that happens during an oil change). Didn’t have the curtesy to let us know until we showed up to pick up our vehicle, just to end up going back home because the vehicle was not going to be ready until the… next day. We asked for a loaner which they provided a few hours later with rotted lemons in the back seat, where my daughter had to sit. I took a picture of it. Awful communication from the service department! Unable to clearly explain charges to the bills and to tell us exactly what is wrong with the car. Have had our car for over 30 days and who know how much longer. No one calls us back and it’s a struggle to even get them to answer their phones. Will NEVER recommend!
