Purchased car from out- of -state. Car appeared to be great from pictures, was told no issues, no problems. Salesman was attentive and said all the right things.
Price was higher then typical but I went ahead due to the perceived condition. Car arrived 7 days later, visually inspected and then parked it due to no paperwork for tags and bad weather.
First time I drove car I noticed a loud roaring noise from rear end.
Took car to local dealer who diagnosed it as a bent rear wheel and a bad wheel bearing.
Contacted my salesman Ammar on the same day to discuss the issue, he said there was not a

My purchasing experience was initially great. The online sales manager was very helpful and accommodating. He was able to meet most of my demands and requests. Though, some unexpected mechanical issues occurred with the vehicle I purchased; it was promptly sent to the dealership for repairs. Things went wrong with the shipping of my license plates to my home address. It first went wrong when I was not notified that the plates were ready for pick up. I had a wonderful experience dealing with this car dealership. Before my car purchase, I went almost to all BMW dealerships to look for an X1 SUV. Very bad business. Do not buy from them!!! They tell you one price one day and another the next. My mother tried buying a Volvo here and they told her the interest would be around 300 dollars then when she came to pick it up they said it would be 1300 dollars. Managers are very unintelligent and no very little about the cars they are selling.

We originally found these individuals on yelp and saw some good reviews and a few bad ones. We decided to go to the car dealership to check out a 2017 Buick that we were interested in. When we first arrived the car was being worked on as the A/C did not work (even though this listing was up for over 5 days at this point). We still decided to test drive it. Happen to stumble across Action while looking for my Honda Crosstour. I was totally surprised at the quality and quantity of cars on their lot but most of all I was blown away with their professionalism and customer service. Recently bought a 2015 Kia Optima from them and first off let me tell you that the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Their price was not only fair but generous to the buyer. The car was perfect and without ANY issues or even scratches. They were up front and clear with everything. They got my plates to me on time and If I ever need another car (in love with my car!!!!!!) Very poor communication, submitted a credit app , ran my credit never got back to me. A simple yes or no would suffice, despite me hunting them down for an answer got a run around of I will call you back. And sold the car with no notification. Any respectable dealer would let someone know about "status" of things if they ran your credit did a hard pull.

We got our daughter her first car as her 17th birthday present form action preowned cars and wow ! What an amazing car! she absolutely loves it ! I contacted Action Automotive concerning a Mercedes SLS AMG. After searching for months on Autotrader and Car Gurus nationwide, I narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles, one of which was at Action Auto. They clearly had the best price and I believe it is because their overhead is low. Most of these types of cars are sold at big fancy sports car dealers or Mercedes dealerships whose overhead MUST be sky high to pay for all that excess. I was concerned that the customer service would suffer but it did not. I dealt with Judd Addy, salesperson, who was always available for questions via email

My wife was dead set on getting a used VW Beetle, and there really are a fairly limited supply available in the area. But we found a beautiful one these folks had. We called on a Wednesday, and they told us the car was getting detailed, but would be back in on Saturday. So we planned to drive down for a test drive.

I stopped by this place because I saw the nice selection of vehicles they have. They have a wide range of cars and SUVs to choose from. Chevy's and Ford's to Audi's and BMWs. They even have a variety of high-end sports cars to choose from.
I was in search of a daily driver that will get me to and from work; nothing over the top. Jobb was very helpful, informative, and NOT pushy. He took the time to show me over 10 cars on the lot.
