My wife drops her car off their to get service and repairs. They always have a repair car or a new car parked in the handicap parking spot. I have said something to them before and got a chuckle from the salesperson but they moved the car. Since then we have been their for service three times.. right back to putting cars there.. being someone that has a handicapped mother.. this irks me. Please don't think of time and convenience for you but helping the needs of others..

This place is a ripoff, over $700 processing fee ?????! You guys already making enough commission so stop stealing people ( everyone knows processing fee is something you created to take extra money from customers pocket).
I will make sure to tell everyone in my family to never ever shop at your place again.
Ps: every dealership I went to informed their processes fee no more than $300 and was willing to take it off if I purchase car from them.

I have a long history with this group - my family has purchased several cars here. So in our experience, work performed here is stellar. My favorite service Analyst (not sure if that is the proper job title - person that checks you in for the work) with whom to work is Rebecca. While she has not been here long (less than a year), she is thorough, patient, and cordial. I have arrived close to closing, and have found moments where they will still work on my car. The service department is great... My car has had multiple issues so I've gotten to know them really well unfortunately. They can usually get me in as early as possible, though they don't always have loaners available. Very understanding when problems come up, and they never make you feel like an inconvenience.
