Was having a problem with me ac making a squeaky noise the tech came out and looked at my ac and explained that it was probably moisture from the rain we had been having he did diagnostics on my ac and told me everything was ok glad I had them come out to give me peace of mind

They came and inspected my work's refrigerated air. They said it was fine, the next day it broke down. We called them to come back to look at it and fix it. They were suppose to show up at my work and didn't. They said they showed up at 5:00pm and lied. We close at 5:30. They are not reliable. Do not use.

Got my swamp cooler swapped for refrigeration and this is the ducts that they left and never replaced.
All of this rust is now on my refrigeration coils that they installed
Now the owner is saying that this was never on the contract to replace the ducts, when it was clearly stated to me that they would replace the ducts as part of the job.
My question is . Why would someone install a brand new device withouth changing out the main ducts ,which in reality thats why i switched over to refrigeration because it was corroding everything.
Its like wearing brand new underwear without wiping or taking
