I had a system installed by Lazer and all went well and even bragged about how good the company was and even referred neighbors to them.
Won't make that mistake again.
But went it came time to honor the warranty, that's when the true colors of Lazer Heating & Air came to play.
I just read the 3 reviews and they must be talking about another company
or it was written by the owners family because I'm not getting the same service from Lazer Heating and air.
Big disappointment with this company and I'll leave it at that.
It's a shame how they take advantage of Senior's in Hernando county.

Vinny is awesome everytime....as for a few techs they carry the world on their crush and the office staff not pleasant at all and very defensive when you have an issue with a tech. The company has changed from when Dave (owner) started his business with professionalism and great attitude. Dave is a great person and he has an awesome tech who's name is Vinny he's the go to guy.

Was super satisfied with this company, from the women answering the phone to the serviceman that came to the house. Of coarse when the AC quits working in Florida, it is always an emergency! Came out promptly on a Saturday and diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Was very knowledgeable, honest and prompt!

Gave estimates the same day on Wednesday I called and installed on Friday in one day including repairs to duck work with total cleanup. Dave the owner was great and gave a great price on the Carrier equivalent Bryant Ac system. Highly recommended for your repair and replacement.

We called Laser out on a Saturday, today to be exact 6/26/21 and after a bit of a scheduling issue they ended up coming out at 8:15 at night to do repairs on our outside unit. I initially was a bit upset of the scheduling issue but they made it up in great quality service, professionalism of the scheduling error, and all around nice guy. Steve was the man who came to our house and again he was super nice and worked quickly and efficiently! We now have a nice cool house thanks to Laser!!!

Just had a yearly maintenance service visit today. Tech's name was Vincent. Very professional, very through. He went above and beyond to clean out and maintain my A/C system. He repaired issues that have been overlooked in the past and dug deep into my A/C system to make sure everything was working right. The most through A/C system service that I've ever had. Price was great, couldn't be happier!!! I highly recommend Laser A/C and Mr. Vincent.
