I wish I could leave zero stars but that wasn’t an option. My washer was making some noise some little kid named nick showed up claiming he’s a tech he seemed like he had zero experience charged me service fee and left. I tried getting ahold of them which was impossible couple days later another tech named Russ showed up took my washer apart and left

Our technician, Nick, was very fast, reliable and most importantly honest. He came over to repair our dishwasher and was able to locate the problem instantly.
