Cliff was great! He was so polite and professional. He seems to be the sort of appliance repairman you would always want to have. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and smart! Great combination! What we wanted was for somebody to come in and assess the situation, fix what could be fixed, order parts necessary and leave us feeling that a man of knowledge concerning the workings of these tricky and “oh so necessary” items for life had come to our house. Cliff was just that guy. Thank you!

My technician Chris was very thorough and honest. He could have easily recommended us to repair our 8 yr old Samsung refrigerator but stated he recommended not to. Educated us and very friendly. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I have used this company a few times now and I must say, I absolutely love and greatly appreciate the honestly!
They went way out of their way to find the parts for my “ancient” dryer, so I didn’t have to buy a whole new one. I asked several times if I should just get a new one and each one of their staff members (including one of the owners) told me that this dryer has many more years in it if we can get the parts, which they were successful in doing! I am so happy that they were able to fix my dryer and I don’t have to get a new one.
Also, they have an incredible maintenance program

I used A+ Service to repair my gas stove. It was more of like a consultation rather than actual repair. All that technician has to do is to identify problematic knobs and replace them which he failed to do. Actually there were two problematic knobs of which he was only able to identify one and we had to tell him to place order for the second one. Worst part is we received new knob (although we placed for 2 we only received one) after a week which did NOT fit for our stove. We paid close to $300 for service and for the two new knobs for no use. We are completely disappointed with the service.
