David with BBR was fantastic! Honestly, he was one of the only repair companies I could get to even return my calls. He gave me an initial 2 hour window. I didn't want to take the whole day off of work and he agreed to call me 30 minutes prior to showing up. He exceeded expectations. He was very thorough in his work, all our issues were resolved and our sub zero is working like it should.

Osman was very prompt in setting the appointment and confirmed when he'd arrive. He is a professional, knew exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately, this is a Samsung refrigerator, so it eventually turned out that the issue was with one of 3 control boards. He recommended having Samsung itself handle, as that would be less expensive.
