Cleaning was simply not very good. Especially for the $300 dollar initial fee for a 1 bedroom apartment. Communication also poor. Was not able to schedule a follow up visit with them. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the admin who I spoke with initially was very nice.

Evergreen Maids has been keeping my house clean for almost two years now (starting in March 2019). They are reliable and always on-time. While they strive to provide the same cleaner for you each visit, we are on our third cleaner now due to promotions or other employee transitions. While there is a certain "break-in" period while a new cleaner becomes familiar with the home, the company maintains good records of notes about the home, homeowners, what to do or not to do, etc. so it isn't too difficult to adjust to a new cleaner.

After some initial miscommunication, I was sincerely impressed by the owner, Chris, who reached out to me in an effort to straighten out any confusion and make things right. Customer service sometimes seems like a concept whose time has passed, so this concern on Chris's part was especially appreciated.

EverGreen Maids is fantastic. The owners, Chris and Jenny, are very hands on and clearly care about their clients' satisfaction. I've had the luck of having one of them clean my home a couple of times (although they both are normally behind the scenes) and know that the staff is trained with the owner's strong work ethic and attention to detail. The cleaning staff is always courteous, kind, and timely. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired EverGreen for deep cleaning services prior to moving into my boyfriend's home. My boyfriend keeps his place pretty tidy, but I wanted a deep clean to eliminate all cat hair. In my opinion, the service was not worth the cost. The maids did not clean beneath rugs or behind furniture, they did not wash dirty linens, and they left behind a fair amount of residue. I spoke with the manager and he explained that the deep cleaning services do not include cleaning behind furniture or under rugs....?????? He did discount the services, but I would not hire the company again, especially since

EverGreen Maids has been FANTASTIC! The process of beginning to work together was comprehensive, and they went to great lengths to get an accurate sense of the house and the job. I've gotten to meet 3 different professionals, and they've each done truly phenomenal work. Never has anyone been so thorough, with such great attention to detail; they always put everything back exactly where it was found. Bonus - they're great with the (large) dog!

My wife and I have found EverGreen very professional, responsive and reasonably priced. We started with a deep clean and kept using their services ever since. Maigan has been great with our dog while cleaning and they use pet-safe products! She even notified us immediately to let us know our dog had gotten sick in the apartment prior to her arrival!

EverGreen Maids is the best. Jenny and Deb have been doing an awesome job for my girlfriend and me, first for our apartment and now for our house. We have bi weekly cleanings and really appreciate their friendliness, their attention to detail and how much we can trust them with our house. Deb also gets bonus points for being absolutely great with our beagle.
Chris is also great to deal with on the scheduling and administration side.
There is nothing better than coming home after work, or a trip to a house that's cleaner than it ever would have been had you tried to do it yourself.

These guys are THE BEST. I first booked them in a panic after posting my apartment on Airbnb and receiving three reservations almost immediately, just before I had to leave town. They handled all those initial cleanings like total pros, and when I finally popped in the see how the apartment looked after a few weeks, it was honestly better than I'd left it, with towels set out invitingly and everything looking impeccable. Managing an Airbnb listing from out of town would be 1000x more stressful without EverGreen Maids. Love them!

I'm really happy with my bi-weekly cleaning from EverGreen Maids. They are professional, punctual, responsive and thorough. The price may be slightly higher than some of the other companies out there, but you REALLY get what you pay for. I've had really mediocre experiences with cheaper cleaning services, but the adage is true: You get what you pay for.
Prior to my bi-weekly cleanings, I had them deep clean an apartment I was moving out of, and they did such a good job that I got my entire security deposit back (I thought for sure I wouldn't). Really worth every penny.

I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service that Evergreen Maids provides. Chris always responds quickly to any questions or changes we requested and communicates extremely well. The ability to request specific (green) products was important to us, and EM has a wide variety to choose from. Everything is customizable.
Deb (our cleaner) was UNBELIEVABLE. We loved that we had someone dedicated to our house - which made it personal and familiar. On top of keeping our place spotless, she was sweet, helpful and hilarious.
