Unfortunately, I forgot the technician’s name but the overall service was great. I received a reminder call for the appointment. The tech was professional and he did a great job. Thankfully I went with his recommendation because the water after the treatment was completely black. I will most definitely get my couch cleaned again from this company.

Wesley was very professional and friendly. Walked me through the entire process before, during, and after. The customer service team was very responsive. Many if not all of the stains came up.
