The professionalism and attention to detail was amazing, I’ve been in the bar restaurant business for over 20 years and I must say I’m very impressed. They not only delivered on their word to completing the task. They did it in a Holliday ( Easter )getting me ready for inspection from the health department. Mike has done the great job of cleaning up the cat odor. He is very professional and explained the process and what chemicals to use. Mike did a fabulous job of removing the cat urine odor in the basement of my new house. Before Mike came in, I could not walk into the basement without my eyes watering up and and gagging from the stench. Now my basement smells like a Spring day. Mike has the knowledge, expertise, experience, appropriate equipment, and a thorough process to get the job done. Not to mention Mike is professional, respectful, and an all-around great guy. I reached out and in minutes I got a response. I needed an area rug cleaned it’s not expensive so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, they were affordable and efficient!
They came to my home retrieved my carpet and returned it in 3days.
I work all the time and was able to correspond by email. I’m very happy with my carpet cleaning!
