We had a tech come out to look at our furnace to assess the issue we were having. The tech was quick and efficient. He came by on a weekend and was honest and up front from the get go. The company has provided a repair estimate and we are happy so far. We have not completed services at this time, as we are waiting for an estimate to change the unit completely. I am sure they will be able to deliver. Update to come.

Relatively new to this group - BUT - so far so good. We had a problem and they were able to adjust schedules and come out same day. As I had let the problem roll over a couple weeks (air conditioning was stuck "on" this was appreciated.
Technicians have been respectful and patient when explaining situation.
Cost seems reasonable to me. I recommend for sure!

Oh let me tell you a story, a story of how a good paying costumer has been robbed and mistreated by his HVAC technicians.
I have the yearly care plan from Comfort Monster, a couple of days after they came in and did the summer maintenance my unit shut down completely, I called them and they promptly showed up and sent a terrible 'technician", if this same guy is sent to your house you would do better taking a steel rod to your attic and banging away, but I digress.
'technician" did not fix the problem, made up some part that needed replacement and said he would be back on MONDAY

Jordan arrived as scheduled to give me a quote for a new system since my old unit had been acting up. He looked over several things with the unit to determine what would be needed and gave me some good advice on how to make both units run more efficiently. The quote I received was considerably higher than I expected, but I believe Comfort Monster would provide top notch service. As it turned out, I had some other issues suddenly turn up with the house that had to be taken care of immediately, which has delayed getting anything done with the a/c.

It was later in the evening when i discovered my AC wasn’t working… the tech that showed up, Jordan, was extremely professional and went right to work. Was able to locate the issue almost immediately and had it resolved in about 30 minutes. I would recommend these guys to any of my clients as well as I’m in real estate. Jordan was probably the best tech I’ve had thus far.

I highly recommend Comfort Monster to anyone in Raleigh-Durham and all surrounding areas. Their fast and easy scheduling, plus real-time mobile technician arrival updates made it a very convenient experience for me. Kudos to my technician Alex Myers who was able to determine the cause of my AC unit issue and repair it all in the same appointment. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Comfort Monster. Sales was great, service & management were awful. Over 3 months of almost daily visits to install the new units. Two units were installed incorrectly that caused the ceiling to collapse so they had to have a contractor come out to dry the carpet and replace and repair the ceiling drywall and insulation. Fast forward to today (one month after their last install day) and ALL of the BRAND NEW units show error messages on the thermostats and the house can’t get below 82 degrees on any of the 3 new units. From the initial call to the end of service, it has been great. It was easy to schedule an appointment time (and within a few days). We received a text from our service technician when they were on the way. After work was completed, the technician answered all of my questions and left the area clean.

Jeff showed up today to assess our A/C unit, as we were experiencing leaking from the outside pipe. Came to find out the pipe was clogged and needed flushing. He did this in no time! Then he went outside to inspect the overflow pipes and run water up the pipes to ensure they were clear of sediment, etc. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He explained things in detail and without rushing. He informed us of the maintenance plans and we signed up for the annual plan on the spot. Very happy with this company! They came out to my 4 year old house and diagnosed the problem and educated me on how Lennox air conditioning systems are basically cheap builder grade units. They took the extra step in contacting Lennox to check on the warranty. I also contacted Lennox on social media and blasted them. I'm moving forward with the work and look forward to having a nice cool house this summer.

Wow...quick service when we needed it, on time, and no-pressure consultative approach. Fees were fair, parts cost reasonable and gave us an extra alternative part that will increase the efficiency of our unit and prolong its life. Never using anyone else for our HVAC needs. I have a very old AC unit and have used many different companies over the years, and this was by far my best experience. I dread getting repairs because I'm always pressured to buy a new system, but not with this company! My service person Chris was friendly, worked efficiently, and didn't try to sell me on anything. I was told about a maintenance plan they offer, but again there was no pressure or shady sales tactics, which I really appreciate. Prices are also very reasonable. This is definitely going be by my go-to AC company from now on!

John Kelly came out to our house today...our upstairs a/c unit was not working...we thought we needed Freon...turns out we needed a capictor and John just happened to have Freon on him anyway....so he didn't even charge us to cap off the Freon....he did not try to sell us anything else...he did advise us to budget for new units as our units are 16 years old!!
