I highly recommend KMT Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided an impeccable service for our commercial project. All issues we had with the town regarding permits (no fault of KMT) were addressed and resolved promptly and efficiently and I was kept fully informed throughout the project. These guys are awesome! They are so friendly and professional. My tech knew so much about my heating unit and was so informative that I now know some things. Who knew A/C had anything to do with air quality? Anyway, if you want an expert that you can trust I highly recommend them. They are my number 1 choice and I recommend them to everyone! They have since served my Mom, Sister, Brother and many of my own customers and they all said the same thing I am! They’re awesome! I should have given this review years ago!

My Home Air Conditioning went out and Shon came out, checked and tested the system. He gave me repair and replacement options that were honest and complete.. Shon didn't try to sell me on which option to choose... but he did show me what true customer service and consumer respect feels like by explaning each option, KMT and Shon will be my hvac service provider, he now has a lifelong customer. Timely, customer focused and quality centric. KMT took time to understand and fix our problem and recommend system upgrades. Our resilts; carbon filters, indoor air is noticeably fresher and we've experienced lower energy bills too.
