I cannot say how much this team helped me today. My system was broken for a month after being "fixed" by my home warranty... Tommy showed up and him and I fixed my unit together and they left me a new customer. Great service technicians and managers. Thank you, I never review anything on the web but this was worth it.

Just had new heating and Ac installed. VERY NICE experience. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite , wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation.
I would highly recommend Tower.

Adonis was very professional and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and shoe booties in my home. I had 4 systems serviced and also had two repairs completed. It took some time, which is expected due to the number of units. I feel like the maintenance membership pricing was fair and the repair pricing was consistent with industry pricing.

I contacted Craig with Tower one night about an issue I saw. He contacted me within minutes and let me know someone would check the system out the next day.

We signed up for the twice a year maintenance plan for our less than ten year old unit because our summer power bills were exceeding $300/month. Adonis, our assigned technician, arrived on time and was very polite and explained everything in detail, including showing us just how much the dog hair on our unit outside was blocking the efficient operation of our system. When he was done with the maintenance appointment and cleaning, it looked like a brand new unit and we noticed almost immediately that the system was running more quietly and was having to turn on and off less. Tower installed a unit where I live at Gregory South. They had to come back to fix the wall where they cut it and to fix the thermostat that they left basically hanging. The unit did not have a filter in it. Also, the warranty papers were inside the unit. I am having a problem with no heat coming out. I had to run the emergency heat since Sunday. They came out today and said it was ok now (HOW? NO ONE FIXED IT) but if it keeps messing up they would replace the thermostat. Guess what? That was around 2:30pm and now at 9:00 pm it has stopped heating again. I AM FRUSTRATED! My electric
