All Seasons has provided us with great service. Last week our gas stove stopped working, just one day after our furnace was on the fritz. While we had to wait several days for furnace repair, Joe, the extremely friendly co-owner of All Seasons, came out that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with a new part within 24 hours.

We got a quote from All Seasons for 2 fireplaces back in early January. Our contracting company has been trying to get ahold of this place for a month now. They rarely respond and never answer their phone or return voicemails. Now due to this our fireplaces will not be installed in time for our remodel to be completed, delaying our entire remodel! When a contractor calls to ask questions and schedule install, don't you think a company would want to respond? Our contractor is now telling us to look for another fireplace store and start all over picking out fireplaces.

I have consulted with All Seasons on two occasions and I have never been treated so rudely by a company in my life. My questions were not answered, I was cutoff from asking questions, and the sales person treated me as though they had better things to do. This is after about a 3 minute interaction. So if you are looking for condescending sales associates who are not interested in helping you, I'd recommend them. Otherwise, you have lots of options in the cities.

We purchased a replacement glass door and screen with All Seasons. There are so many choices today in styles, colors, etc. They helped us sort through the options and choose exactly what we were looking for.The installer was personable and arrived on time. Installation was done beautifully and the work space was spotless when he left. Got a follow up call from Joe to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. I recently contracted with All Seasons Fireplace shop to install a gas fireplace insert in my home. I commended them for an excellent job from my initial meeting with Joe to obtain a quote (very competitive), scheduling the job and naturally installation. They took time to understand my requirements and took it a step further in providing customization accurately to my specs. The installers were prompt, professional and completed the install in timely manner, leaving my home in the condition they found it. I needed help with the remote and controller on my free standing yodel stove. I called in the morning and the owner came to my home in just a few hours and fixed it for me. Very disappointing experience with this company. Good experience with sales but it went downhill after that. The installers were rude and messy, and actually stoled something off a nearby bookshelf and then lied about it when we asked them, showing them a pice of the missing item. The fireplace has not worked correctly since it was installed in late February. Several calls and delays and it is still not working properly. Unfortunately, their lack of response and follow up has left us with posting negative reviews.

Nick, Joe and Craig were outstanding! They were able to diagnose the problem with our fireplace accurately, after we had two other companies look at it. They help us select the perfect fireplace to replace our old one and did a great job at the install. They were professional, punctual, tidy and worked with the city inspector to make sure things were done up to code. We'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

We were in the market for a gas fireplace, and we happened upon All Seasons by accident. And we are so glad for that, because our experience with Joe was excellent. From our initial engagement with him in the store through the installation and rebate process (thanks for reminding us about it, Joe!), we had a great experience. We have been very pleased with Joe's honesty. We ordered a fireplace door and it came in the wrong size. Joe had made an error in writing up the order, but when I showed him the notes I had with the correct size, he readily admitted his error and ordered a new door in for us - no arguments, which in this day and age, is highly unusual and much appreciated!
