We had an outstanding experience working with Twin City Fireplace. Our salesperson, Pat, was amazing at walking us through the options, and what would or wouldn't work in our difficult to fit semi-circle shaped opening (like a pizza oven). He worked with us, both in-store as well as his site visit to our house, to find a solution. The company's pricing was very fair and transparent - no surprises. Twin City Fireplace was great to work with. Jon Pierce came out and looked at our old fireplace and told us exactly what they would do to install the gas insert. They were here when the said they would be and made sure everything was kept clean. After installation they walked us through the procedures on how to operate the fireplace with the remote. Very friendly and easy to confer with. Afterwards Jon Pierce was very helpful in helping me to process the warranty paperwork. I would definitely recommend them.

Pat was fantastic at educating me on what fireplace I needed. Even when I wanted to install it myself he tailored a plan to ensure it was a success. I can’t say enough about the product and the people at Twin Cities Fire Place. Everyone from Pat, to the guys at the shipping dock who helped me load it on a trailer that was too low to Max who did my my first fire up, all were professional and really great to work with. Hands down best fire place shop in town!

He was knowledgeable about Mendota fireplaces and even went above and beyond by coming to our house multiple times to answer framing questions that we had during our construction. Everyone at Twin City Fireplace and Stone is great! They helped us complete our Fireplace project in Minnetonka to perfection. We spoke with three different contractors that do this type of work and decided to work with them based on the communication, the value, the product knowledge, and their fantastic showroom.

Our experience with TC Fireplace & Stone was above and beyond exceptional! Jim the salesperson did our consultation and thoroughly explained the process and pricing, and was very patient with me, as I had something very specific in mind for our historic Victorian home. I wanted an insert that required alterations to our firebox and stone to accommodate it. He took notes and gave them to John, who did our install. Unlike Fireside in Eden Prairie, Chris didn't ask us to take measurements for him and send them in. He got in his truck, came to our home, checked and measured both fireplaces, and sat down with us for several hours because he wanted to get to know us and what we really wanted in our home.
