We look for staff who genuinely like to please others and understand that this job is hard. We then check their backgrounds using a company called Goodhire, train them to clean the right way, send them out on a test clean with our staff and then insure them.

I have used Super maids for a couple years now when needed. Ive done standard apartment cleaning, fridge and oven cleaning, move out and move in cleanings. They always did a great job and their online booking system is very easy. They text you a 24 hr reminder before they come and text you when they are finished.

With 3 kids, 2 dogs and weekly kids activities my wife and I have no time, so using a cleaning service in Stamford is a no brainer. Super Maids cleaning service has been cleaning our condo in Stamford for the past year without skipping a beat. If we leave a note the request is done and best of all great price. The ladies do a great job cleaning for me. I’m a smoker and have a cat so it is challenging to make the home smells nice and vacuum cat hair. Best is the spelling white and clean bathtub and toilets, the tub itself is worth the entire cost - before they came it was old and impossible for me to ever get clean and white. Now it is great, thank you Supermaids!

I hurt my back and couldn’t clean for a few weeks. Decided to spend the money and requested Super Maids literally the afternoon before. There was a real person who answered the phone and took my information. Professional, brief, clear, concise. And then the people came to clean the house.... I was in awe. My home smelled amazing. Dishes were washed, everything dusted and wiped down. My house never looked so good. I will absolutely use again and would HIGHLY recommend.

I hired super maids to come help me clean an apartment I have in the industrial zone above my business which is dogs. Suffice to say they had their work cut out for them... Two and a half hours later they had pulled in extra support, didn't charge me extra and this place has never been so clean. They did a more thorough job than I ever could've imagined. Love them and will hire them weekly moving forward. I also forgot I left a couple hundred dollars sticking out of a book by my bedside table. Always nice when that isstill there at the end of having strangers come in!!! Highly recommend.

I hired super maids house cleaning service for my house yesterday and today they showed up like cleaning Angels right on time. I just love how they explained the entire process to me and even when they arrived Janet and Nancy were very nice. I decided to work from home and they made the entire situation very comfortable. My dog roxy loved them and she's usually pretty scared of strangers. Looks like ill be cleaning free for the foreeable future and I love it. Super super job!

This is one of the worst house cleaning experiences I have ever had. The girls were nice but, absolutely had no idea how to clean a house. First they showed up with a vacuum that was so dirty there was no way they were going to use it in my house. There was more dirt and dust on it then what was in my house and it looked like the filter had never been changed.
Then they decided to cleaned my wood floors with water!! Who cleans wood floors with water. Water stains were all over my floors. The arena rugs were not vacuumed at all. Then to top it all off they put 5he bed pad over the sheets instead

Our 1 bedroom apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean and we decided to try Super Maids after reading all the great reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint - booking online was a piece of cake and a 2 person crew arrived right on time. They were lovely and highly efficient - the apartment was pristine within an hour. All the surfaces we haven't been able to get perfectly clean (our shower tiles, stainless steel appliances, etc) are now gleaming and it feels like a whole new home. I can't thank Super Maids enough for being so easy to use, efficient, and thorough. We'll be regular customers
