When I step foot on OC Cars and Credit I was kindly greeted by their sales manager Jose Morales, he showed me all of the wide variety of quality pre-owned vehicles that they had to offer. While I was there I fell in love with a Luxurious pearl white BMW 7 series. Even with my poor credit Jose Morales went well above a normal sales manager and gave me the deal that I just could not refuse.

This place, OC Cars & Credit, in Garden Grove, CA is superb! They have great used cars in top condition, inside & out! Their Staff are really nice guys, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. They bent over backwards to assist me. Even filled-up the gas tank for me! Wouldn't hesitate to use their service again (& I drove-down an hour from the San Fernando Valley, to do so!).

We purchased a vehicle here, and drove a long distance to get to this dealership. we paid cash. before finalizing the sale the salesman said they would replace the battery as the car was showing the battery was not good. They took the vehicle to get gas for us (barely half a tank and we live 70 miles away,) and replace with a "new" battery. we don't know where the car was taken but just told that its a new battery and they showed us the old and new to compare. Well, we've had the car 3 days and this "NEW" battery is completely DEAD. This is very disappointing. after

Stopped by on a whim and I was lucky enough to be helped by Jose. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel like family. He was not pushy at all and was very forthright with the price of the car that we were interested in. We ended up trading in our car and purchasing a new one in no time. Finance person was a nice man. But the owners are snakes. I offered to give $200.00 over their asking price and they said they could not do it. They wanted $1,250.00 over asking price to pay for a security system that was not included in the purchase price and that I did not want. The guy even said the instillation of the system was $500.00 and the parts for the system was $300.00, equaling $800.00. So they are trying to making $550.00 off something you don't even want! They said they included all this online but I couldn't find it anywhere. Which, even if they do they NEED TO PUT IT

This is a little long over due but these guys are amazing. I drove from San Diego to test drive a Toyota Sequoia Platinum. It was a great deal.
