Moore Air was originally founded in 1987 by Gerald (Jeff) Moore. He wanted to provide a fair, complete and honest heating and air conditioning company for his local community. For many years, he operated his company with the employ of his sons and served many homeowners, churches and businesses with quality heating and cooling service.

I have been a residential customer of Moore Air for the past 3 years. I have had a furnace repair and Seasonal System Maintenance/Tune-up performed. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at Moore Air. Everyone from the front office, scheduling, to my preferred HVAC Technician, Brandon are extremely courteous, helpful, accommodating, honest, and fair! I only wish I dealt with businesses that share the business model of Moore Air.

Had a Reme Halo installed last year and it was improperly installed with no power source. My furnace went out in November of 2020 because of it and since Moore does not work on the weekends I called another company with a charge of $350 to figure out the problem and turn off the Reme Halo. I had Moore come back this year to fix the problem and they did it improperly again and now the other company is installing the proper equipment and once again costing me another service call and extra money. ENOUGH SAID!!!!

Impressed! Trust is essential when you allow someone in your home, especially during this pandemic. Add to that the anxiety of having to spend thousands of dollars and wanting the assurance you are being treated fairly. Moore Air submitted a reasonable quote, was willing to speak with a family member who has experience in the field but lives out of town, and kept their word, no exaggerations or lies. Moore air is very easy to work with. We get text when he’s on their way. Technician is always super professional. Most recently we had Brandon out and he explained everything in easy to understand way and we appreciated his expertise.
Our heat stopped working late in evening this winter and we called that night. Moore air touched base with us first thing in morning and sent someone out shortly thereafter. Moore Air came to our house for a service call today. First, we received an appointment pretty quickly after we called, which is great during this time of the year. The technician Ray was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived masked and followed COVID-19 safety protocol. He found our issue rather quickly and was able to repair in a reasonable amount of time. He also addressed another issue we didn't mention during our service request. Overall great experience with affordable pricing.

In June of 2018, we paid Moore Air $9,000.00 to install a Trane upper air conditioning unit. Since June, 2018 we have had numerous problems with the shotty installation - which has caused leaks in the system, that has destroyed some of the interior in our home.

I selected this company based on reputation, reviews and how professional the representation, John Moore, appeared to be when I met with him for a consultation. I ended up purchasing 5 commercial rooftop units along with install and reconfiguration from his company and paid them approx $70,000. The units are brand new and we have had nothing but issue after issue. When they send techs out they constantly say something different, make excuses and do not fix anything. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service from them.
