Our service technicians are fully insured and factory trained by Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, Polaris and Raypak to ensure your winterization is done properly.
Note: Omission of balancing chemicals will greatly inhibit water clarity and sanitization. Upon receiving a photo of your pool, Sahara Pools will provide you with a price quote to get your pool in tip top shape. All chemicals required to sanitize and clarify your pool are billed additionally. If service is completed prior to cancellation, customer is fully responsible for services performed.

It takes two essential ingredients to keep your pool water clear: proper filtration and proper chemical levels. Traditional filter sand needs to be changed every 3-5 years. The team who installed our new cover and winter prepped our pool took their time and did a great job. I recommend Sahara.
The cover is a perfect fit and looks great.
Update, there were issues with the underside protective wear pads noted over the winter. Sahara brought the cover back to the vendor after opening our pool and returned with the corrected cover and installed it at closing. Very smooth process.

Fantastic store, service & people!! I have been buying pool supplies from Sahara pools for 23 years. This year they installed built in stairs and replaced liner. I cannot say how awesome the pool looks. Everyone loves what the did to/for pool. Each person was wonderful to work from start to finish. I highly recommend using Sahara pools for all your Pool needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Sahara pools for the great job they did in determining where a leak was in our pool. James did a super and professional job finding the the two leaks and explaining to me what had to be done to fix them. Sahara then called me up and talk to me about the leak leaks and actually recommended that we not fix them until the leaks got worse. Thus saving us a big cost this year. Sahara has been great for several big jobs we’ve had to do on our pool and they’re also good for the smaller things like buying chemicals and getting advice on making sure the water

Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening Service makes maintaining our pool effortless. Our pool was free of all debris and clear before they left. Chemical levels were optimum within 1 day and a Sahara technician came back 2 days later to ensure chemical levels were maintained. Our filter and heater were inspected, so we can use the pool sooner, increasing our pool season. Patio was clean and all winterizing equipment neatly stacked. We would highly recommend Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening, a true value for all that is included. Sahara’s support and responsiveness has always been OUTSTANDING!

I really can’t say enough about the folks at Sahara pools. Our pool has been a challenge since we had it built six years ago. When I found the Sahara guys in 2018, they treated my pool like their own. Their commitment to investigate the various issues and find a solution(s) was on a completely different level than the 4 prior companies I had attempted to work with. They helped me find the appropriate party to replaster the pool and I can happily report that all of the systems are working perfectly today. The staff is pleasant, accessible and reasonably priced. Two huge thumbs up for Sahara Pools

Sahara has been very helpful with service, advice and recommendations for a pool we inherited when we purchased a home. They have closed and opened the pool, as well as installing s salt cell conversion. Their recommendation for a contractor to install new plaster, tile and coping was excellent. Their professionalism and service make it easy to recommend them to others.
