Mark and Kayleigh were very nasty. After using them for 6 years they just decided that did not want to do the job anymore. They have asked me to change a switch for the pump which I did. They were too lazy to realize that the off/on switch to the electrical was just there. I confirmed everything with my handyman and he told me that the electrical on/off switch was the same that was used for the vacuum. They were very nasty and I am sure that they OVER charged me.

Improved Services opened our 40-year-old pool for the first time this summer. In the past, the pool had been plagued with green sides and cloudy water. Mark came out and made a few repairs at the start of the season and kept the pool running beautifully until the closing this past week. I appreciated the weekly note with the chemical readings and the knowledge that they will be checking on the pool out of season. Kayleigh takes care of customer service and is easy to reach.

After much disappointment with a pool company on Rt. 22 that we used for 3 years, we found Improved Pool Service. We ended half the summer with their weekly maintenance service. I am so glad my husband found them because our pool never looked better than this past summer. Mark, Joe, and one of their other guys were always very professional and thorough. They would backwash the pool and actually roll the hose neatly back up, something the previous company never did. After each visit they would leave a note with the amount of chemicals used, and if it was safe to swim (important when you have little
