I am very happy with my experience at Water Wizard, very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Have not tried to sell me items I don’t need, and explained thoroughly in detail about my pools needs and how to apply. Would highly recommend to any pool owner from the novice to the seasoned.

I bought a Dolphin Pool cleaner last year and the “tangle free” cord never worked at all. I finally had to bring it back this year and although I had to be somewhat insistent, Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the entire cord at no charge. It works perfectly now. Thank you.

My husband is on his way home from this store empty handed! We got a call from them this morning saying that they had the pool cleaning unit we were looking for and they would hold it for us. My husband said he would pick it up this afternoon. He drove 30 minutes to get there just in time to see the unit being held for us being SOLD to another customer!! "Well, I didn't know if you were coming," said the employee. Well, how about calling us first, like you called us this morning? So frustrating. The unit is backordered. They have lost a customer for good

Water Wizard is a good local company that offers good service and the products you need for your pool. No, they aren’t the cheapest, so if you’re into low price for something don’t go there or ask the price first. I use them not exclusively but most of the time. Convenience is extremely important to me over price. Last year they re-plastered my pool, and did an awesome job. They did have the lowest price for that service, in comparing 3 bids. My pool heater was giving me trouble last fall so I plan on using them for the service after I open the pool.

I have been a customer of Water Wizard for more than a decade and the service and knowledge of the staff is always spot on. The products I need are always in stock and are top of the line. I have a pool and a spa so the one stop shopping is convenient.

I go there and get my water tested and buy all my chemicals. They are not a bargain store. Their prices seem high, but no worse than other places. They're very helpful and everyone knows what they're doing when it comes to the chemicals needed. I've gotten some parts there, too, and the prices weren't bad. Haven't used them for any projects.

Overpriced!! charged $480.00 for a basic pool closing!! Thought price included opening pool too, but NO! Small pool 10x20 took 20 minutes to close! Unfortunately, I was had!! Was I cheated?

I was away on vacation and my pool turned bright green (looked like a toxic waste dump). Went to Water Wizard with sample. I was a little panicked as I was having company in a few days. Gentleman there took the time to analyze water sample and give me detailed instructions on how to quickly cure. Within 24 hours pool was looking a gentle sky blue and mostly clear (this a miracle considering I have a sand filter). I have always had good success with their recommendations for how to fix a water problem. I have read that they are not cheap but I have found their prices competetive and the service
