This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. I booked in October 2021 to have my house cleaned in December in anticipation of an in-law visit. Well in advance, I'd say. The day that the house is to be cleaned, they text message me saying they can't make it due to an illness and will be out the next day. I understand but want to speak with somebody about it. I call four times and leave voicemails asking for confirmation. Nobody pickups; nobody returns my calls. I finally make contact

Every 6 months or when Family comes to visit which is rare as I find myself doing most of the traveling I seek professional services to tidy up after me. With Thanksgiving coming fast & my wife parents making the trip from NY I figured I will hire a professional for my 1000 - 1500sqft apartment.
I've used Sparkly Maids & Two Maids & A Mop. Valet Maids was cheaper and fit in my time frame which caught my attention. The maid that arrived was nice & easy to talk to (understand) "I'm hearing impaired"
2 Hours later with the maid bringing their own items my wife was happy to see the place cleaned

I've never been so disappointed in my life. I had the cleaning services clean one of my apartments while I wasn't home since my mom was ill. When I got back the bedroom still had mess all over the floor. The living room had mess on the couch, the only room that was clean was the bathroom which I cleaned before I left the house. They already drafted… my acorn for the total amount due. Firstly it was purely over charged for a one bedroom And. apartment and secondly the job was not even done. Pure robbery. They cannot be trusted to get the job done if you aren't home to monitor them.

Went on a hunt for cleaning services in the DFW area and chose Valet Maids - if you need someone to be punctual and actually show up, DO NOT choose them. I was scheduled for a 1 o'clock cleaning and they did not arrive until 4pm. I had a handy man scheduled to come a fix a couple of things in my new home from 4 until whenever. Due to them being late they could not fully clean the place and were only able to "wipe down" counter tops etc.. Totally fine right ? Just come back next day to get it done while it's vacant. WRONG! They never showed up the next day, I kept calling the

If I could rate a ZERO I would. We were moving into our new home in 1 day, I booked an appointment over a week in advance and they NEVER showed up. I called and some 3rd party company answered and said they couldn't make it but they would have someone there in an hour....3 hours later still no one. I ended up calling another company. Morale of the story, you get what you pay for, Lesson learned!

We had a great experience with Valet Maids. We went up to Dallas for NYE to hang out with friends annnnnd we kind of left our vacant rental in a bit of disarray. We searched for cleaning companies that were near us and Valet Maids came up. We booked an emergency cleaning online, yep! online. That sold me, I do most of shopping online so it was nice to see a service company get with the times so people can book things online. They sent 3 maids to our rental. My sister was having her wedding reception at my house in Dallas and the girls that came to my house did an exceptional job on such short notice. I have a 6000 sq foot home with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and while I know my home is big the girls did not miss a thing. The last cleaning company I used missed so many areas and I paid a fortune .
