Great communication - responsive in generating a quote. Sent reminders of the scheduled 2 hour window for arrival, including instructions for ensuring a smooth visit. Called ahead of arrival, and showed up well within the scheduled time.
Friendly professional service. Did what they quoted, for the price quoted, and were very forthright about what they could clean, and what stains weren't able to be removed.
Decent local Irving cleaning service, would recommend.

My friend* Tim who addressed my original request was reasonable at first until he told me there was a premium for apartments and I proceeded to ask him why. I asked if the sectional that I plan to have a cleaned would be removed from the property, only to have him say no we do it on site. I then inquired about the premium for the 30 second elevator ride. He then told me that by the time they park and have to come inside it takes an hour and a half sometimes with the loading dock. I then pushed him that it was a handheld machine and I didn't understand f the need for a loading dock. We went

DFW Steamcleaning did an amazing job cleaning both the carpet as well as the hardwood and tile floors in our house. Could not be happier!! Called on Monday early afternoon & spoke with Tim (owner?) and he was so nice & accommodating! Explained my situation (moving in with our daughter) and that we really needed the carpets done & dried before our furniture was to be delivered. He fit me in the next afternoon!! His tech Jacob - who was absolutely fantastic - kept in touch with me to let me know his ETA as the afternoon went on. Now mind you, this was no easy feat! We are in a 3rd floor center (way center) hallway apartment. Jacob brought in all his equipment and was very careful & conscientious

Left 2 voicemails inquiring about carpet cleaning and never got a return call. Unanswered calls prompt an immediate text message directing you to their website to "request service" which is, basically, setting an appointment. Finally did that to try & prompt a call but still nothing. Received an email saying someone would call for further details but that didn't happen either. Ended up finding another company who was very prompt and scheduled with them instead. Emailed this place back & said DON'T COME so hopefully no one comes out... I would expect a return call

It was one of the coldest day's I've experienced so far this year in the Dallas area and the customer service was still incredible (considering the fact that he needed to run things from the truck to my apartment which is halfway into the complex from the parking lot).

Called DFW Steam Cleaning to remove the wax from my wood floors. Went to hope depot just looking for advice on how to get some new life into the worn floor. They recommended Rejuvenate. I applied the polish. Looked great for a couple of weeks. Maid mopped the floor and when I got home it was all a white cloudy haze. Looked horrible. Searched on Google. Talked to Tim and he came out and removed 100 percent of the acrylic wax. Floors are back to their pre polish normal.
