This whole company is TOP NOTCH! From their office staff to field techs to the owner Ken, everyone who we interacted with went above & beyond to make our experience with them stellar. We had a new unit with all the fancy fixins installed in a suite we're renting out & they were fast, friendly, & efficient the entire time. Ken truly cares about his employees, his customers, & his community. If you ever need AC work, don't go anywhere else!

Had called another company to fix our gas hot water heater. Almost blew up our bonus room. No clue how to repair it. Called Douglasville Heating and Air. Took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done.
Air conditioner stopped working Sunday. Called Douglasville Heating and Air. Came same day, even though my husband’s schedule limited time they could come. Took off a panel, went to his truck, got the part and replaced it. Knew exactly what part was needed.
Prices fair. Service outstanding. Friendly people.

We have been using Douglasville Heating and Air for about 8 years for yearly maintenance. They have always been very helpful, even sending someone out on a July Sunday afternoon!! In February, we finally had to replace our 22 yr old unit. The cost was reasonable and what we expected. The guys were very professional. I always recommend Ken and his guys for any ac work.

Great job on fixing my a/c unit issue and reasonable price and way cheaper than big cooling and heating companies. As a bonus he also checked on my other unit and also blocked the leaks in furnace unit. Suggested other improvements for better airflow , they are a gem in customer service, my hats off to Patrick.

These folks did a good job. I chose them because the gentleman I spoke with on the phone during my first call to them was honest about what I needed and made more sense than the other companies I called. Also the pricing was better than the rest. My tech that showed up and was courteous and thorough about the work. I am more than happy with their service and follow up after the work.
