I used Security Van Lines to coordinate my move from Kansas to California. From the first contact, everything has been late. The person who came out to give me an estimate was over an hour late for our appointment. After I e-signed my documents, I never heard from him again. I had to call him to confirm the move date. On the day of the move, the guys were 3.5 hours late! Again, I had to contact my coordinator to find out what was happening. When they finally showed up, they were nice and professional, and the loading did not take very long.
