STAT started over 45 years ago with Robert and his brothers selling office supplies out of a truck in Metairie. Then, a storefront was born on Veterans Blvd for STAT's customers to walk in and buy all their office supply needs. STAT continued to have the storefront on Veterans for MANY years.
After Hurricane Katrina, STAT decided to make its official home in the Elmwood Area in order gain more space to better provide the New Orleans Metro Area with next day free delivery, furniture, and moving needs.Robert was born and raised in New Orleans. He is a Rummel graduate and began working for his brother who opened Stat when Robert was just 18 years old.
Then at 23 years old, Robert opened his own STAT store with his wife, France, after taking out a Honeymoon loan to invest in their future and dream of being self-employed. France moved to the United States when she was 13 years old with her family. Her father was a professor at Tulane University. France attended Country Day, JFK, and then Tulane University.

This place is amazing!
After looking under every rock for a decent desk I decided to visit STAT Office Supply. I'm so glad I did!
I found a quality desk, return, and pedestal for a very reasonable price, and they were all exactly what I was looking for.
Trust me, I had been searching for the past 2 years and could only find overpriced junk furniture at other stores and websites.
I was treated professionally, politely, and had my furniture in less than a week after ordering! They were able to make delivery super easy for me by accommodating to my schedule. They were extremely careful and cautious

We hired STAT to fully furnish our office building in 2017. They were so easy and such a pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision, they guided us along the way, they worked with us to stay on budget, and helped every step of the way, even after the furniture was delivered and assembled. I just can't recommend Stat highly enough! I am moving my office to my home and just couldn't figure out how to make it work in my very limited space. Mike walked me through every step of designing the perfect (and beautiful!) set-up and was so patient and helpful in the process! I even stayed within my budget! I could not be happier with the whole experience.
