After getting an estimate from Bari that I was happy with, I was scheduled to have Nick come out and install a new door and opener. Nick showed up today and got right to work getting rid of the old door and opener, along with all of the old wiring and trim. In its place is a beautiful new door and wifi-enabled opener with all new EVERYTHING. Nick made sure I knew how everything worked before disposing of all the old material and leaving nothing but a clean garage behind.

Great service! One of the two large springs at the top of our overhead door broke. I called another company and was told it would be several weeks to a month before they could come out. I then called 716 Garage Door and was told someone could be out within a few hours. Their installer, Johnny, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Love my new garage doors! It was great to work with Bari to design and order the doors. He was quick to respond when I called with questions. Our garage door came off its tracks recently, in the morning and we were “stuck.” I called 716 Garage Door early in the morning (before normal business hours) and was surprised to have someone pickup. They were able to get there in a short amount of time, fix the current door and then offer a good deal for a new one. Just had it installed today and it was an easy process, and done rather quickly. Happy with their responsiveness and overall service. Shout out to Bari who helped me with the initial repair, ordering a new one and keeping me posted. Shout out to Nick for the install today. Def

I love my new garage doors! I called a few places to have them come out and fix my garage door (the spring snapped) they were all so short and rude!! Then I called 716 garage door and spoke with Bari. He came out that day!!! We decided that it was time to get new garage doors and cause I was so impressed with the service I orders that day! Bari was so helpful through the whole process. Nick my installer did a great job!! As an added bonus the garage doors came with a lifetime manufacturer warrant! I would recommend 716 Garage Door!

I called 716 garage repair re: garage door would not go up or down . Johnny and nick came out and checked it over and said I needed a new motor. We discussed which one would be the best one . Today nick came and put the new motor in and works with a touch of a button. Both men were very courteous and very respectful and I enjoyed chatting with them. Nick explained everything to me . I highly recommend 716 garage repair .

Can’t say enough about this company. We ordered a new door that wouldn’t be in for a few months. Bari offered to repair our garage door free of charge so that we wouldn’t be without until our new door came in. Bari and his team were professional and couldn’t do enough to satisfy their customers. I have to say, of all the companies that we have dealt with through the years, this company was has been outstanding.

716 Garage Door did a great job on my new garage door install. Nick was a good installer, I watched him check the area to make sure he did a good job cleaning up. Then he spent a long time meticulously touching up any minor scratches that happen form shipping and install. Also took the time and showed me how it all works and what maintenance I need to perform. Other companies offer a yearly maintenance package $$$. It’s nice to do business with an honest company.

Garage door spring snapped. Found 716 on net and gave them a call. Appointment for next morning. I was at work but Johnny and Nick showed up promptly, talked to me on phone, explained what was needed and why....less than 2 hours later I had all new hardware except door. They then sent pics also! Great work!

First day back to work after the holiday And found out my motor blew on the garage door at 7am as I tried to leave my house to head to work. I called 716 Repair Service at 9am and by 11am a technician was at my house to diagnose and fix the problem. Great service, knowledgeable techs and by mid afternoon everything was fixed and ready to roll.
